I am a person who likes things doing by myself..I like to grow vegetables which i like to eat .I have grown these beutiful cherry tomatoes in my little kitchen garden .I use them in salad with other vegetables and dressings and believe me they tastes great and gives me satisfaction and pride of growing them myself.
This idea of little kitchen garden was given to me by my mom.As in this busy routine and struggling life i started to feel so lost and depressed.My mom advised me to pick this as a hobby or a sare tie activity as it doent need much time and i can easily accomodate 20 minutes per day in my routine.I am glad i listened to my mom ,,now i have a big kitchen garden ,,as big as i can handel :). I have tomtoes ,cucumbers and bellpeppers and i feel so proud and happy to see my effort growing.
My suggestion if you feel low or depressed in your life ,adapt this as a hobby .Planting engages your mind in a positive way and really works in mood stabalizing.
